The Pebble Group, a leading provider of products, services and technology to the global promotional products industry, announces that, yesterday, it received notification that on 14 April 2020:
Claire Thomson, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, bought 50,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 90 pence per Ordinary Share, representing 0.03% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. Following this transaction, Mrs Thomson's interest in the Company is 2,907,243 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.74% of the Company's total voting rights.
