Oxford Instruments plc has been notified today that BT Pension Scheme Trustees Limited as trustee of the BT Pension Scheme has an interest in 5,287,428 (Indirect) Ordinary Shares of 5p each which, represents 10.706% of the issued share capital of the Company. The number of Indirect voting rights is also 5,287,428.
Of the above amount Hermes UK Small Companies Focus Fund has a direct interest in 4,336,606 Ordinary Shares of 5p each which represents 8.781% of the issued share capital of Oxford Instruments plc.
