Oxford BioMedica and sanofi-aventis announced their collaboration in March 2007for the global development and commercialisation of TroVax(R), OxfordBioMedica's novel immunotherapy, for the treatment and prevention of cancers. Inchoosing the winner for Scrip's Licensing Deal of the Year, the judges looked atall aspects of the short-listed transactions, from the monetary and strategicvalue to the benefits they give to both sides.
