BUYBACK OF OWN SHARES
Athens, March 7, 2014 - The Hellenic Telecommunications Organization SA (OTE SA or the Company)announces that, in accordance with article 16 of Codified Law 2190/1920, article 9 of Law3340/2005, the nr 2273/2003 EU Regulation, the resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders of 26.06.2013 and the nr 6/11-10-2013 decision of the CEO, it acquired on 6.3.2014 through the ASE member Piraeus Securities S.A 100,000 own shares, for an average price of €12.6439 per share, of total value €1,264,388.30. In total, the Company holds 5,529,332 own shares representing 1.1280889% of its issued share capital.
