Announcement Athens, November 29, 2007 - The Hellenic Telecommunications Organization SA (OTESA), in accordance with Law 3461/2006 (Article 24), Law 3556/2007 and 3340/2005,announces that: On November 28, 2007 OTE SA acquired through the Athens Stock Exchange 431,367Cosmote shares with corresponding voting rights, for a total of €11,322,074 (€26.2470 per share). Before the aforementioned transaction OTE SA held 88.55%of the total voting rights of Cosmote SA. and following the aforementionedtransaction, OTE SA holds 88.68% of the total voting rights of Cosmote SA.
