Re-issue of Treasury Shares
1 February 2024
Origin Enterprises plc (the "Company") announces that on 1 February 2024 it transferred 2,248 treasury shares to satisfy an exercise of share options granted under the Company's Long-Term Incentive Plan (2015).
Following the above transfer, the number of treasury shares in the Company is reduced from 14,398,297 to 14,396,049 and the total number of the Company's ordinary shares in issue, excluding treasury shares, is 110,924,326.
