Oakley Capital Investments Limited ("OCIL" or the "Company")
Purchase of Shares
Oakley Capital Investments Limited ("the Company" or "OCIL") announces that, following authorisation by its Board of a share buy-back programme of up to 7 million ordinary shares in the Company at prices below the estimated Net Asset Value (NAV) per share, the Company yesterday purchased 7 million ordinary shares of 1p each in OCIL at 152p per share. The Investment Manager believes that purchasing shares at a discount to NAV will enhance returns to shareholders.
Purchased shares will be held in treasury by the Company and will not carry voting or dividend distribution rights.
Following this transaction, the Company will hold 7 million ordinary shares in treasury.
The number of ordinary shares in issue is 128,125,000 therefore the number of ordinary shares in issue less purchased shares held in treasury will be 121,125,000 and the total number of voting rights in the Company is 121,125,000.
