NOVATEK’s AGM APPROVES 2012 DIVIDENDS
Moscow, 25 April 2013. OAO NOVATEK (“NOVATEK” and/or the “Company”) announced that the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (“AGM”) approved the total dividend payment for 2012.
The total dividend for 2012 will amount to RR 6.86 per one ordinary share or RR 68.6 per one Global Depositary Receipt (GDR), including the interim dividends of RR 3.0 per ordinary share or RR 30.0 per one GDR paid for the first half 2012.
The dividend is payable in cash within 60 days after shareholder approval. The list of persons entitled to receive dividends was compiled as at 21 March 2013.
