Notification of transactions of a director, person discharging managerial responsibility or connected persons
London, 20 September 2013: NMC Health plc (LSE:NMC) ('NMC'), the leading independent healthcare provider operating across the United Arab Emirates, announces that connected persons to Lord Clanwilliam, a non-executive director of the Company, sold ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Shares"). The Shares were sold on 19 September 2013 at a price of 324.04 pence per Share and the details of the sales are set out below.

Both the above are deemed to be connected persons of Lord Clanwilliam by virtue of being under the age of 18 years.
The Company has also been notified that Lady Tamara Meade, Lord Clanwilliam's daughter above the age of 18 years, has also sold 2,865 Shares at an average price of 324.04 pence per share, however these are not declared as an interest of Lord Clanwilliam given Lady Meade's age.
Following this purchase, Lord Clanwilliam has no interest in the issued share capital of the Company.
