Allotment of scrip shares to Investment Adviser
Octopus Healthcare Adviser Ltd (the Company's Investment Adviser) elected to participate in the Company's scrip dividend scheme in respect of the December 2016 dividend for the quarter ended 30 September 2016, and accordingly was allotted 35,805 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company (the "Shares"). The Shares were sold out of treasury at the previously advised scrip calculation price of 89.30 pence per share.
The acquisition of the Shares brings Octopus Healthcare Adviser Ltd's total holding in the Company to 2,185,342 shares, representing 0.549% of the Company's total voting rights. The Shares were acquired on 30 December 2016 and rank pari passu with the Company's existing ordinary shares.
