Marwyn Value Investors Limited, LSE: MVI announces that it was notified on 23 November 2015 by Mr Robert Ware, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, that he had purchased 50,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 214.5 pence per share for an aggregate value of approximately £107,250.

Robert Ware's holding of Ordinary Shares in the Company is now 442,504 shares, representing approximately 0.78% of the Company's issued share capital.
