Directors Purchase of Shares
Marwyn Value Investors Limited, LSE: MVI announces that it was notified today by Mr Robert Ware, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, that he has purchased 32,496 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of £2.12 per share for an aggregate value of approximately £68,892.
Robert Ware's holding of Ordinary Shares in the Company is now 475,000 shares, representing approximately 0.60% of the Company's issued share capital.
MVI further announces that it was notified today by Mr Martin Adams, Non-Executive Director of the Company, that he has purchased 40,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of £2.145 per share for an aggregate value of approximately £85,800.
Martin Adams' holding of Ordinary Shares in the Company totals 40,000 shares, representing approximately 0.05% of the Company's issued share capital.
