Mattioli Woods plc (AIM: MTW.L), the specialist wealth management and employee benefits business announces that on 27 March 2014, Murray Smith, the Company's Sales and Marketing Director, transferred 105,000 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary shares") in the Company to his wife. Following the transfer, Murray Smith's beneficial interest remains unchanged at 223,610 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.12% of the Company's issued share capital.
