Mattioli Woods plc (AIM: MTW.L), the specialist pensions consultancy, announces that on 12 March 2013, the Company received notification from Capita IRG Trustees Limited ("Capita") that on 1 March 2013, Capita purchased Ordinary Shares of 1 penny each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company on behalf of certain of the Company's directors pursuant to The Mattioli Woods plc Share Incentive Plan as follows:
