Mitie Group plc (the "Company") - Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and their Closely Associated Persons
On 6 July 2016 Ruby McGregor-Smith and Suzanne Baxter were each granted options over Ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in the Company under the Company's 2011 Save As You Earn ("SAYE") scheme.
