Mitie Group plc (the "Company") - Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and their Closely Associated Persons
The Company announces a grant of options to employees under the Mitie Group plc Save As You Earn ("SAYE") scheme.
Eligible employees were invited to apply for options under the SAYE scheme over the Company's Ordinary Shares of 2.5p each. The exercise price of 50.40p represents a discount of 20% to the closing middle market price on the dealing day before the invitation to participate was made. The options have a contract start date of 1 February 2022 and are exercisable from 36 months thereafter.
Phil Bentley, Chief Executive Officer, has chosen to participate in the SAYE scheme and was granted 35,714 share options on 2 November 2021.
The attached notification, made in accordance with the requirements of the UK Market Abuse Regulation, gives further detail.
