From 1 April 2008, RichardCollier will step up to be full time Chief Executive, Gordon Riddler willcontinue as Chairman of the Company whilst Robyn Storer remains a Non-ExecutiveDirector. Christopher Clayton and Alastair Baird will be stepping down from the Board witheffect from 7 April 2008.
