First Sponsor Group Limited lists on the Singapore Exchange
MCK is pleased to advise that First Sponsor Group Limited (FSGL) has today listed on the Main Board of the Singapore Exchange (SGX) under ticker code ADN (Bloomberg code FSG SP). Some 1,525 MCK shareholders are now also FSGL shareholders and will be able to monitor FSGL's share price and announcements through the SGX website (www.sgx.com).
FSGL's listing concludes a very busy period for MCK, which has completed during the course of 2014 a successful redeemable preference share issue (the "Rights Issue") and a capital reduction scheme that involved the distribution in specie of substantially all of its shareholding in FSGL (the "Scheme").
"On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank my management team and our professional advisors for their work in completing the Rights Issue and the Scheme within a relatively short period of time. I would also like to thank our shareholders for their ongoing support of the Company throughout this year", said MCK Managing Director Mr. B K Chiu.
