MISYS ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORMisys plc today (14 March 2005) announces the resignation of Non-executiveDirector Ian Dyson from its Board of Directors, following the announcementearlier today of Ian's appointment as Group Finance Director of Marks andSpencer Group plc.
