Midas Capital PLC28 March 2008 Midas Capital plc ("the Company") 27th March 2008 ADDITIONAL LISTING Application has been made for the admission to trading on AIM of 5,750 ordinaryshares of 10p each ("Shares") in the Company, pursuant to the issue of sharesunder the EMI Scheme at 50p per Share. Upon issue, the Shares will rank paripassu with the Company's existing issued ordinary shares, and dealings in theShares are expected to commence on 2nd April 2008. Upon admission, the Company's enlarged issued share capital will comprise57,329,920 ordinary shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold anyshares in treasury.
