PJSC “Magnit” Announces the Expiration of the Term for the Offers’ Submission
Krasnodar, July 16, 2015: PJSC “Magnit”, Russia’s largest food retailer (the “Company”, the “Issuer”; MOEX and LSE: MGNT) announces the expiration of the term for the submission of the offers from the potential acquirers of the Exchange-traded bonds to execute the Preliminary agreements.
On July 16, 2015 the Issuer’s sole executive body (Chief Executive Officer) made the decision (Decision w/o ? of July 16, 2015) that the offers to execute the Preliminary agreements with the potential acquirers of the PJSC “Magnit” exchange-traded bonds of the BO-10 series to the bearer with the obligatory centralized custody (identification number of the issue 4B02-10-60525-P as of 30.07.2013) shall be submitted from July 16, 2015 at 10 AM Moscow time to July 16, 2015 at 4 PM Moscow time. The offers contain an obligation to execute the principal agreements with the potential acquirers of the Exchange-traded bonds of the BO-10 series or Participants of the trades acting in their interests on disposal to them of the placed securities.
