PJSC “Magnit” Announces the Decision on the Advanced Redemption of the Exchange-Traded Bonds
Krasnodar, July 16, 2015: PJSC “Magnit”, Russia’s largest food retailer (the “Company”, the “Issuer”; MOEX and LSE: MGNT) announces the decision on the advanced redemption of the Exchanged-traded bonds.
In accordance with the Decision (Decision w/o # of July 16, 2015) of the Sole executive body of the Issuer – the CEO, it was determined that the advanced redemption of the Exchanged-traded bonds of the BO-10 series to the bearer with the obligatory centralized custody, identification number 4B02-10-60525-P as of 30.07.2013, would be on the date of the 2nd coupon period termination (July 21, 2016) according to the procedure defined by the Decision on the issuance of the Exchanged-traded bonds of the BO-10 series and the Prospectus of securities approved by the Board of Directors on June 25, 2013, minutes w/o # of June 25, 2013.
