Krasnodar, July 17, 2015: PJSC “Magnit”, Russia’s largest food retailer (the “Company”; MOEX and LSE: MGNT), announces the changes of share of the PJSC “Magnit” Board of Directors member in the charter capital.
On July 17, 2015 the Company was notified of the following changes of share of Aslan Shkhachemukov, the Board of Directors member, in the charter capital.
