Disclosure of Interests in Shares under the Transparency Obligations Directive (Disclosure and Transparency Rules) Instrument 2006
M&G High Income Investment Trust P.L.C. (M&G HIT) announces that it has today been informed that Rensburg Sheppards Investment Management Limited and certain of its nominee subsidiaries are interested in 6,346,386 M&G HIT Income shares representing 11.85% of the issued capital of Income shares.
