Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and Connected Persons in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R
The Company announces the following transactions in its ordinary shares of one pence each ("Shares"). In accordance with DTR 3.1.2R, on 29 April 2016 the following Directors and Connected Person exercised options over Shares received pursuant to the Mears Group PLC Share Plan (2013):
