ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING - VOTING RESULTS
McKay Securities PLC held its Annual General Meeting today, 16th July 2015, at 12.00 noon at the Royal Thames Yacht Club, London SW1. All fourteen resolutions considered at the meeting were carried by a show of hands, and details of the proxies from shareholders in respect of each resolution are set out below:-
