This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4(R).
On 18th June 2015, the following conditional awards over ordinary shares in the Company were made to certain directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") under the 9th Grant of the 2007 McKay Securities Performance Share Plan:
