Update regarding the Farm-in Agreement with Nordic Petroleum ("Nordic")
Further to the announcement released on 5th November 2012, the Board has received a proposal from Nordic, which it is considering and to which it intends to respond shortly. Mercom will notify the market of any further developments, this is expected to be finalised by 12th November 2012.
