Date of purchase: 13/08/2007 Number of ordinary shares purchased: 150,000 Highest price paid per share: 350p Lowest price paid per share: 347.75p Volume weighted average price per share: 348.9365p Marston's PLC intends to hold these shares as treasury shares. Following theabove purchase, Marston's PLC holds 27,635,339 ordinary shares as treasuryshares and has 284,919,937 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
