LSL Property Services08 March 2007 8 March 2007 LSL PROPERTY SERVICES PLC AWARD OF OPTIONS UNDER EMPLOYEE BENEFIT ARRANGEMENTS AND NOTIFICATION OF DEALINGS BY DIRECTORS AND PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES LSL Property Services plc (the "Company"), announces earlier today, SimonEmbley, Dean Fielding, Paul Latham, David Newnes and Andrew Mohun-Smith (the"MBO management team") awarded nil cost options over 105,062 ordinary shares inthe capital of the Company to certain employees of the Company and itssubsidiaries (the "Group") under the Employee Benefit Arrangements described inthe prospectus dated 16 November 2006. The grants reward those employees whomthe MBO management team feel should be recognised for their work for the Groupfrom the time of the Company's management buy-out through to its listing on theOfficial List of the Financial Services Authority. 105,062 of the options havebeen exercised. On 8th March 2007, Simon Embley, Dean Fielding, Paul Latham and David Newnes notified the Company in accordance with section 324 (extended by section 328) of the Companies Act 1985 and the Rule 3.1.4R (1)(a) of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules that they have granted the above mentioned options which have today been exercised. As a result of the awards mentioned above Simon Embley, Dean Fielding, PaulLatham and David Newnes, Directors and/or Persons Discharging ManagerialResponsibility ("PDMR") have disposed of ordinary shares in the capital of LSLProperty Services plc for no consideration and reduced their interest in theCompany as detailed below.
