NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS
In accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R(1), I hereby inform you that LSL Property Services plc
("the Company") was notified on 5th January 2009, that the following transaction took place in relation to the Company's Share Incentive Plan ("SIP") on 5th January 2009.
The SIP is an all-employee trust arrangement approved by HM Revenue and Customs, under which employees are able to buy ordinary shares in the Company of 0.2p each, using deductions from their salary in each monthly pay period.
The SIP Trustees (Capita IRG Trustees Limited) acquired 13,904 ordinary shares by purchase in the market on 2nd January 2009 at a total cost of £9,385.20 and allocated them to employees participating in the SIP partnership shares.
Alison Traversoni, a person discharging managerial responsibilities purchased 185 ordinary shares of 0.2p, at a price of £0.675 per ordinary share. This notification is made in order to satisfy both section 793 of the Companies Act 2006 and Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2.
