On 16 January 2007, Mr S Embley, CEO of the Company, notified the Company inaccordance with section 324 of the Companies Act 1985 and the Disclosure Rulesthat on 12 January 2007 he was granted options (detailed below) to purchaseShares under the Company's SAYE Option Scheme. The SAYE Option Scheme is an all employee scheme which was approved by the boardon 31 October 2006, details of which were set out in the prospectus issued bythe Company on 16 November 2006. The exercise price of options granted under the SAYE Option Scheme is 174 penceper Share and the options are exercisable at the end of the three year savingplan.
