LAND SECURITIES GROUP PLCSCRIP CALCULATION PRICE AND PAYMENT DATE
Land Securities Group PLC (the "Company") offers shareholders the opportunity to elect for Ordinary Shares credited as fully paid in lieu of cash dividends by participating in it's Scrip Dividend Scheme (the "Scheme").
In relation to the Third Interim Dividend for the financial year to 31 March 2011, in the amount of 7.00 pence per Ordinary Share, the scrip calculation price used, being the price of a new Ordinary Share issued under the Scheme, is 717.90 pence.
Shareholders should note that, due to the UK Bank Holiday, payment of the dividend will occur on the next business day, being 26 April 2011.
The scrip calculation price is the average of the closing middle market quotations of an Ordinary Share, derived from the London Stock Exchange Daily Official List, for the five consecutive business days from 16 to 22 March 2011 (inclusive).
The deadline for applications under the Scheme is 4 April 2011.
