The Company announces that two copies of its Notice of Annual General Meeting 2010 and Form of Proxy, together with the Annual Report and Accounts 2010, have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority. At the Annual General Meeting due to be held on 22 July 2010, it is proposed that the Company adopts new Articles of Association.
