NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS
Keywords Studios, the international technical services provider to the global video games industry, today announces the exercise of options over a total of 410 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company by Jon Hauck and the sale of 200 ordinary shares, as detailed further below.
Following the conditional award of shares ("Salary Shares") that automatically vested on 16 September 2022 under the rules of the LTIP, Jon Hauck, Chief Financial Officer, exercised 410 options over Salary Shares and yesterday sold 200 Salary Shares to cover personal income tax and other liabilities arising from the exercise of the options. The Salary Shares are subject to phased vesting, with one-third of the award vesting on the anniversary of the date of grant each year, subject to continued employment. No other performance conditions apply.
