Kiln PLC04 January 2006 Kiln plc Two new non-executive directors The board of Kiln plc is pleased to announce the appointment, effective from 1January 2006, of Mr Paul Hewitt and Mr Paul Wilson as non-executive directors ofKiln plc. Both Mr Hewitt and Mr Wilson have become members of the company'sAudit & Risk Committee and its Remuneration Committee. Mr Hewitt is a chartered accountant and former finance director for a number ofUK listed companies including RAC plc. He is currently Deputy Chief Executive ofthe Co-operative Group and a director of the Co-operative Bank plc. Mr Wilsonis a former Director and Partner of Bain & Company and holds a Harvard MBA. Hehas spent most of his career as a business consultant and is currently a SeniorAdviser to Bain & Company and its European Financial Services practice.
