Kiln Ltd08 February 2008 Kiln Ltd Kiln Ltd ("Kiln") announces that the Kiln Employee Trust (the 'Trust') made adistribution yesterday of 5.64 million Kiln shares to beneficiaries of theTrust, including Directors and Senior Managers of Kiln. The shares have beendistributed on the condition that the acquisition of Kiln by Tokio Marine andNichido Fire Insurance Co. Ltd. by means of an Amalgamation (as announced on 14December 2007) proceeds. As a result of the above distribution by Kiln Trustees Limited, the followingDirectors and Senior Managers have become conditionally interested in thefollowing additional shares in Kiln.
