Kiln PLC13 March 2007 Kiln PLC - Additional Listing Kiln plc ("the Company") Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London StockExchange for the listing of 54,612 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in theCompany ("Ordinary Shares") in respect of vendor consideration shares issuedpursuant to the acquisition of Belmarine, details of which were announced by theCompany on 8 December 2006. It is expected that the Ordinary Shares will beadmitted to the Official List and trading will commence on 14 March 2007. TheOrdinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares ofthe Company.
