Completion of Placing
Further to its announcement on 6 March 2013, Rare Earth Minerals plc announces that it has completed the Placing and that application has been made for 666,666,667 new ordinary shares of 0.01 pence in the capital of the Company ("Shares") to be admitted to trading on the AIM market ("Admission"), which is expected to take place on 14 March 2013.
In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules and subsequent to the latest issue, the Company advises that following Admission its total issued share capital will comprise 2,780,286,167 Shares and with no Shares held in treasury.
From Admission the above figure of 2,780,286,167 may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the issued share capital of the Company under FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
