Grant of Share Options under the Long Term Growth Plan ("LTGP")
Johnson Service Group plc announces that under the Company's LTGP Yvonne Monaghan, Finance Director, was yesterday granted options over 2,493,024 Ordinary Shares exercisable for nil consideration. The options will vest over a three year period subject to performance criteria. Details of the LTGP were published in the Company's Prospectus dated 6 August 2008.
It is proposed under the LTGP that on upon becoming an employee of the Company, which is expected to be in January 2009, John Talbot, Executive Chairman, will be granted options over 7,479,074 Ordinary Shares exercisable for nil consideration. The options will vest over a three year period subject to performance criteria. Details of the LTGP were published in the Company's Prospectus dated 6 August 2008.
