JSG, a leading UK textile services provider, announces that on 2 March 2020, Nick Gregg, Independent Non-Executive Director, acquired 10,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 192.38 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Nick Gregg has a beneficial interest in 25,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
