DIVIDEND DECLARATION

The Board of JPMorgan Russian Securities plc announces that, subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 7th March 2017, an ordinary dividend of 8.00 pence per share will be paid on 10th March 2017 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 10th February 2017. The ex-dividend date is 9th February 2017.
