DIRECTORS'/PDMR SHAREHOLDINGS
The Company has been informed that the following Directors and members of the Group Management Board purchased Ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company under the Johnston Press plc Share Incentive Plan on 21 December 2009 at a price of 23.9p per share:
