DIVIDEND DECLARATION

The Board of JPMorgan Smaller Companies Investment Trust plc announces that, subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 29th November 2016, a dividend of 18.3 pence per Ordinary share will be paid on 9th December 2016 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 11th November 2016.
