INTERSERVE COMPLETES US$350 MILLION ISSUE OF US PRIVATE PLACEMENT LOAN NOTES
Interserve plc, the international support services and construction group, announces the successful completion of a US$350m issue of US Private Placement loan notes, which have a weighted average maturity length of 10 years.
The main application of the issuance will be to replace a bridging loan used to part-fund the completed acquisition of Initial Facilities.
Tim Haywood, Interserve's Group Finance Director said: ""We are pleased with the response from US Private Placement investors, with the strong demand for Interserve's debt reflecting our growth prospects. Our use of the USPP market has further diversified our sources of funding and gives the Group greater certainty over cost of debt at competitive rates and attractive maturity profiles."
