FLYING BRANDS LIMITED (THE "COMPANY")
Director/PDMR Shareholding
This notification is made in accordance with DR 3.1.4R(1)(a) of the Disclosure Rules.
On 24 April 2009, awards of Units (comprising ordinary shares of one pence each and 'A' ordinary shares of 0.005 pence each) under the Long-Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") were made to the executive directors of the Company. Stephen Cook, Chief Executive, was awarded 358,333 Units and Graham Norton, Group Finance Director, was awarded 145,833 Units.
The Units were granted at nil cost to each director. Units awarded under the LTIP will vest over a period of three years and are subject to the Company achieving certain TSR growth targets over the same period.
Following these awards, the executive directors' interests in Units is as follows:
