Publication of Final Terms - Replacement Notice
The following replaces the 'Publication of Final Terms' announcement released on 24 October 2023 at 07:00 under RNS No 0313R (the "Original Announcement"). The Original Announcement contained a link to Final Terms which were stated within such Final Terms to be dated 3 November 2023. The link below is now to the Final Terms correctly dated 23 October 2023. No other amendments have been made either to the text of the Original Announcement or the Final Terms.
International Personal Finance plc ("IPF") today announces that the final terms ("Final Terms") dated 23 October 2023 relating to the PLN 72,000,000 Senior Unsecured Floating Rate Notes due 2026 (the "Notes"), are available for viewing. The Final Terms should be read in conjunction with the base prospectus dated 24 August 2023 relating to IPF's EUR 1,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the "Base Prospectus").
A copy of the Final Terms has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at:

Application will be made for the Notes to be admitted to listing and trading on the regulated market of the Irish Stock Exchange plc (trading as Euronext Dublin).
