Annual Report and Financial Statements 2010
International Personal Finance plc ("the Company") announces that its Annual Report and Financial Statements 2010 and Notice of its 2011 Annual General Meeting have today been posted to shareholders who elected to receive them in hard copy form.
With effect from Friday, 25 March 2011 the following documents will be available on its website (www.ipfin.co.uk):

Pursuant to Paragraph 9.6.1 of the Listing Rules, a copy of each of the above documents has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: http://hemscott.com/nsm.do
The annual results announcement of the Group's 2010 results was issued on 2 March 2011. A copy of this announcement can be found on the Company's website at www.ipfin.co.uk.
