Notice of AGM and Posting of Annual Report & Accounts
iomart (AIM:IOM), the cloud computing company, announces that it has posted to shareholders the Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2019, as well as the notice of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM").
The Company's AGM will be held at the Company's offices at Lister Pavilion, Kelvin Campus, West of Scotland Science Park, Glasgow G20 0SP on 27 August 2019 at 10:00 a.m.
