The Company was advised on 2 April 2015 that, on 2 April 2015, Nishith Malde, a director, sold from his personal holding 16,000 ordinary shares in Inland Homes PLC at 66.6p each and purchased 16,000 ordinary shares in his ISA account at 66.9p each. His beneficial holding remains unchanged at 11,270,029 ordinary shares.
